What shipping options are available?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the size/weight of your order, and the shipping method chosen. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before finalising your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over £40. Some promotions may offer free shipping with no minimum order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD, UPS).

What happens if my package is delayed?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes! If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour. please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will process your exchange and send the replacement item once the original is returned.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing. If you’re exchanging an item, the replacement will be shipped as soon as the original item is returned and processed.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is processed. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
