Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FoamFooty cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team within the eligible return period.

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Successful return inspection
  • Approval by our customer support team

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Different from what was ordered

We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with the resolution process.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow:

  • Up to 5–7 business days for return inspection and processing.
  • Additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment gateway to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible and the standard return process will apply.
